Getting to and from Bristol Airport

Bristol Airport is accessible from the city centre via the A38. Checker Cars is a dedicated taxi and minibus service at Bristol Airport. The service offers 24-hour airport pick-up and drop-off using a modern fleet of Ford Galaxy vehicles and Ford Focus estate cars. Six national car rental agencies are also based at Bristol Airport, each operating an extensive fleet with a range of vehicle options for business travellers. The Airport Flyer Express Link provides direct bus service to Bristol Temple Meads rail station, the Marlborough Street Bus Station and National Express coaches, and other areas of the city centre. Daily coach services to London, South Wales, Devon, Cornwall, Wiltshire, Bath and Weston-Super-Mare are also available from Bristol Airport.

Fly-in, Fly-out Business Meetings

Bristol Airport has four conference and meeting rooms for hire. The airport's Bristol Room offers views of the airfield, state of the air presentation equipment, and is designed for larger meetings or conferences. The room can accommodate up to 100 delegates and is available for £500 per day or £250 per half day (prices current as of March 2014). The remaining rooms are ideal for smaller gatherings of up to 14 delegates. Smaller rooms are available at daily rates of between £240 and £290 or £120 to £145 for half-day sessions. Audio-visual equipment and other materials, such as flip charts and projectors, are available for meetings. Business services are also provided at an additional charge, including fax and photocopying services. Catering may also be arranged and delivered to meeting rooms. All meeting rooms are based at Bristol Airport's Administration Building south of the terminal building.
